With over 32 years of federal and state law enforcement experience, Peter is a globally recognized expert in homeland security, border security, and transnational crime. He concluded his federal career as Acting Deputy Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Director of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), overseeing investigative and intelligence activity of thousands of employees. 

In Episode 2, Ian speaks to Peter about his extensive experience in law enforcement, the strain of working difficult cases, the importance of collaboration, how we keep pace with technological advancements and much more.
